Questions
Common questions about bulk removal.
What counts as bulk trash?
Oversized or hard-to-dispose-of items: couches, mattresses and bed frames; desks, chairs and shelving; stoves and microwaves; bagged move-out debris and large boxes; and TVs and other non-hazardous electronics.
Is there anything you can't take?
Items that are hazardous, oversized or non-compliant. If we have to leave something, you'll know exactly what it is and why, with a photo and a note.
How often should we schedule pickups?
We usually recommend one pickup a week for communities under 400 units, and two for larger ones.
How fast is a one-time pickup?
Usually within one to two business days.
How is bulk removal priced?
Recurring service is a flat monthly rate, based on your volume and how often we pick up. One-time pickups are quoted per job. There are no hidden fees: all charges are included in your rate.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We offer long-term and short-term agreements, so you can tailor bulk service to your community's needs.
What trucks do you use?
A large box truck for spacious garden-style communities, and a small truck with a trailer for high-rises and tight spaces.
Who do I talk to at Ally?
Every customer has a district manager who serves as their point person at Ally.
