Waste leveling

Every dumpster, evenly full.

At most communities, one or two dumpsters overflow while the rest sit half empty. Our crews move the excess into the containers with room and compact each load, so lids close and your hauler stops charging overages.

How it works

Overflow here, room over there.

Residents use the dumpsters that are easiest to reach, so those overflow while the others have room. Drag to level: our crew moves the excess across the property until every lid closes.

What's included

What's included

  • Overflow redistributed

Crews move excess trash from overflowing dumpsters into the ones with room, wherever they are on the property.

Each load is spread and pressed down to make room, so lids close.

  • Fewer hauler charges

Closed lids and balanced loads help you avoid overage and contamination charges.

  • Right-sized service

With every dumpster evenly full, you can often take a day of service off your schedule, or remove a dumpster.

  • Photos of every visit

Before-and-after photos in your service report.

  • Hauler liaison and compliance

We can work with your hauler, alert your team to fee-causing issues early, and help you stay compliant.

How it works

How leveling works.

  1. We look at every dumpster

Which ones overflow, which have room, and when your hauler picks each one up.

  2. Crews level around your pickups

They move the overflow into the dumpsters with room and compact each load, so every lid is closed when the truck arrives.

  3. Then trim your service

With every dumpster evenly full, we'll help you drop a pickup day or a dumpster you no longer need.

Questions

Common questions about waste leveling.

What is waste leveling?

Most communities have a dumpster or two that overflow, often because they're the easiest for residents to reach, while others have plenty of room. Leveling moves the excess into the dumpsters with room and compacts each load, so every container is evenly full and closed.

How does it save money?

Two ways. Closed lids and balanced loads help you avoid overage and contamination charges from your hauler. And once every dumpster is evenly full, you can often take a day of service off your schedule, or remove a dumpster altogether.

Isn't it just compacting the trash?

Compacting is part of it: we press each load down to make room. But the bigger win is moving trash from the dumpsters that overflow into the ones that don't, so you use the capacity you're already paying for.

Can you help with recycling contamination?

Yes. Our team removes contaminants, breaks down cardboard, and reallocates recyclables to the right containers.

Do you work in highly regulated areas?

Yes. We don't shy away from highly regulated recycling areas like California, Oregon, Washington and Virginia. We thrive in them, with service plans built around local waste and recycling mandates.
