We recently switched our valet trash management service to Ally Waste. Since the transition, I have been very impressed with the level of service and professionalism we have received. The Ally team works closely with management to ensure a great experience for management and the residents. I would highly recommend their services for any apartment community or HOA.

Questions

Common questions about valet trash.

Which nights do you pick up?

Most communities choose five nights a week, Sunday through Thursday. Service days are flexible, and five to seven nights are available.

What do residents need to do?

Put their bagged trash in their can and set it outside their door on service nights. The resident app sends reminders and explains the guidelines.

Who are the valets?

Uniformed, background-checked, in-house W-2 employees. They're trained to interpret the trash guidelines generously and pick up more, not less.

How do you keep breezeways clean?

Valets carry trash to your dumpster or compactor in leak-proof bags or carts, to keep drips and spills off walkways. Our goal is to keep your community looking great from door to dumpster.

How is valet trash priced?

A flat fee per door, based largely on labor rates in your area. Large portfolios and enterprise customers get special rates.

How long are contracts?

Standard contracts run 36 to 60 months. Shorter terms are available at higher rates.
